We currently have four one bedroom villas for 2 people: villa BUMI, villa AIR, villa KAYU and villa API.

We will open soon two more one bedroom villas (villa UDARA and villa LOGAM), one two bedrooms villa (villa WAKTU) and one three bedrooms villa (villa ANGKASA).

All our villas are private.

2. You can set your own driver.

3. You come with your own car or motorbike.

Check in is at 02:00pm and checkout is at 12:00pm.

A late check-out after 12:00 pm or anytime between 12pm - 05:00pm could be requested subject to availability and  will be charged up to 50% of the villa’s rate.

Check-out after 05:00pm will be charged at a full night rate and can be booked in advance.

Yes. Our kind and friendly staff will be waiting for you to welcome you and show your villa. If you arrive after 10pm, don’t worry, our security staff will be there to help you.

We are not offering breakfast service, but our staff will be happy to help you ordering delivery from the delicious coffee places and restaurants nearby.

Since all the villas count with full equipped kitchen, you can also choose to make your own breakfast.

Of course we provide free Wi-Fi for all our guests. We would like you to know that Uluwatu area is still under development. So sadly you may experience some ups and downs in the Wi-Fi signal. However, if Wi-Fi is not working at all, please feel free to inform our staff so they can contact the internet supplier and fix the problem as soon as possible.

You will find a welcome book at your villa with our favourite yoga places nearby.

Or you can also book your own private yoga class at your villa. For this option, please let us know in advance!

Yes, definitely we can arrange a photographer and videographer. Please let us know in advance!

We do not accept credit cards at the property. Any additional expenses like food, transport and activities will need to be paid direct to the suppliers.

As much as we love pets, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate them in our villas.

We know that many people smoke here in Bali. But we kindly ask you not to do it inside. This includes the room, bathroom and kitchen. You have an amazing and comfy outdoor deck where you can enjoy your cigarettes. Please use the ashtrays, to keep your space clean.

Bali is a beautiful place for celebrating, we know that. But we do not rent the villas for parties or gatherings. Loud noises are not allowed. We can recommend you amazing and fun places where you can party and then come back to your villa and sleep like a baby.

If for some reason you need to cancel your booking, you will get a certain refund depending on the timeframe in between when you request to cancel and your booking date.
- If you cancel 60+ days before your booking you will get a full refund
- If you cancel your booking within 30-60 days of your booking you will get a 50% refund 
- If you cancel less than 30 days before your booking unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
Requesting to change dates or move dates around is accepted and we will do our best to accommodate you in special circumstances, subject to availability.
